We’re super excited to introduce our newest endeavor – culinary partnerships! With these partnerships, we’ll be bringing you ready-made meals from some awesome players in the health & wellness space. We don’t know about you, but sometimes we don’t have the time to cook all of the awesome recipes we see on Instagram, on blogs & in cookbooks. Thankfully, now we don’t have to.

Culinary partnerships are an opportunity for us to align with like-minded chefs, bloggers & brands to elevate the message of real food. We hope to bring on new partner dishes every quarter (in addition to our regular menu launches) to keep things fresh & exciting.

If you’ve ordered or picked up meals in the last couple of weeks, you may have noticed a few new options on the shelves. We’ve collaborated with Dr. Will Cole, Whole30, & I Heart Umami for 4 delicious & innovative dishes from their cookbooks. Here’s the scoop on each of these awesome partners:

Dr. Will Cole

Dr. Will Cole is a leading functional medicine practitioner who consults with people around the world via webcam at www.drwillcole.com & locally in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He specializes in clinically investigating underlying factors of chronic disease and customizing health programs for thyroid issues, autoimmune conditions, hormonal dysfunctions, digestive disorders, & brain problems. Dr. Cole was named one of the top fifty functional-medicine and integrative doctors in the nation & is a health expert for mindbodygreen and goop.

Dr. Cole is the author of the upcoming book, The Inflammation Spectrum, which explores how inflammation exists on a spectrum within the body, the various systems it can affect, & how you can discover your individual food triggers to overcome chronic inflammation. He is also the author of Ketotarian, which melds the powerful benefits of a ketogenic diet with a plant-based one.

We partnered with Dr. Cole because we have a shared love of real, whole food & the belief that true wellness is holistic, meaning it extends beyond the food we’re eating to include mindset, movement & stress management.

Whole30

The Whole30 is a 30-day reset designed to change your health, your habits, & your relationship with food. We love the idea of food as medicine & think that the Whole30 is an awesome reset for a variety of different people. We’ve partnered with Whole30 since the beginning of their Whole30 Approved program, which makes this collaboration even more exciting.

I Heart Umami

I Heart Umami is a popular food blog created by ChihYu Smith, where she shares Asian-inspired Paleo, Whole30, & Keto recipes. ChihYu is also the founder of two interactive online meal planning programs – the Paleo Cook Once Eat All Week & the Paleo Feel Good Food Plan.

A native Taiwanese, ChihYu grew up in a Chinese cultural household, with influences from families of Sichuan and northern Chinese cuisines, where a wide variety of delicious homemade meals are always within reach. Her dishes represent her cultural heritage and personality – bold, colorful, & full of character.

ChihYu’s work has been featured in NBC News Wellness, Huffington Post, Good Housekeeping, Country Living, Chowhound, Mind Body Green, and Greatist, and two of her recipes also appear in the Whole30 Fast and Easy Cookbook.

We partnered with ChihYu because we love her ability to make nourishing versions of comfort food favorites, & she’s also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet!

**These partnerships are no longer live, but we’re cooking up some fun new partnerships coming soon! Have someone you’d love to see us partner with? Let us know & we’ll see what we can do!
