Hi Snap, thanks for sharing this recipe! After reviewing the recipe it seems to be missing the amount of eggs to use in the ingredients. If you view the instructions it says “ Mix coconut sugar, eggs and vanilla paste.” Please advise.

Lastly, what is the difference in the recipe to make the brownies instead of the Blondies?

Hi there! The eggs are listed in the recipe – you can find them below the coconut sugar. 4 eggs total. The blondie and brownie recipe are two different recipes, so you wouldn’t be able to make them based on this blondie recipe. The brownies use additional flours and additional chocolate. Hope this helps!

Is vanilla paste the same as vanilla extract? if it’s not then is this something that is sold in grocery stores?
