Whether you’re a paleo fanatic or you’re thinking about trying out the paleo lifestyle, our paleo meal plan promises to take it to the next level by healthy hacking (#snaphack 😉) your favorites (like Almond Crusted Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Enchiladas) into paleo-friendly versions. What is the paleo meal plan?

Our paleo meal plan focuses on avoiding commonly inflammatory foods like grains, dairy and legumes. In their place, it includes high-quality protein, healthy fats, veggies, fruits and nuts & seeds to create a balanced, nutrient-dense and delicious plate. Not only will these meals keep you full and focused, but they’ll satisfy your taste buds in the process.

What can I eat?

It’s not as limiting as you might think! With a template of high-quality proteins, beautiful veggies & fruits and healthy fats (think ghee, coconut oil, avocado, nuts & seeds), the options are sorta endless!  Because we can’t help ourselves, we take it to another level and paleo-ify your favorites, like chicken tenders with turnip mash and grass-fed beef enchiladas. Let us do the prepping, cooking and cleaning while you enjoy a delicious meal, no sacrifice required.

Here’s a quick run-down of the ‘no’ foods list that we follow when crafting our paleo meals:

  • grains (white or wheat pasta, corn, cereal, granola bars, crackets, etc)
  • legumes (beans, lentils, peanuts, etc)
  • dairy (yogurt, cheese, milk, etc)
  • soy (tofu, soy sauce, edamame, miso, etc)
  • refined sugar (we only use maple syrup, honey or coconut sugar for our paleo items)
  • hyper-processed foods (including refined vegetable oils, sodas, and so much more!)

What should I expect or notice?

Since for many people the paleo lifestyle is a bit of a diet overhaul, the benefits can be immense. Benefits include improved digestion (see ya bloating and digestive woes!), skin health, blood sugar regulation, more consistent energy and better sleep. Keep in mind that you can always try adding back in some of the foods that you’ve cut out to see how they impact you. If you notice any of those symptoms come back, it’s probably best to kick those offending foods to the curb.

Our paleo menu takes all the guesswork out of planning and prepping while giving you the options and flavors you crave – never compromising on quality, nutrition, or taste (you CAN have it all!). #LifeMadeHealthy
