All New Snap Kitchen Menu Items — Available April 5th!

Spring means new weather, new crops, and all-new menu items at Snap Kitchen as part of our uber-healthy, totally delicious rotational menu. 

April 5th, we’re bringing you five new menu items you can salivate over (and add to your box)! Take a look below.

New Dishes Coming to the Snap Kitchen Menu

As of this menu change, we’ll be offering two meals with bone-in, skin-on chicken legs, as well as two more meals featuring whole chicken breast. By keeping the proteins whole, we are able to keep the meat juicy and tasting oh-so-fresh. 

Pasta Primavera

Gluten-free, vegetarian. We took gluten-free penne pasta and paired it with house-made marinara sauce, veggies, and three different types of cheese. Need we say more?

Avocado Ranch Rotisserie Chicken

Gluten-free, keto-friendly, Whole30, paleo, low carb. A perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken leg quarter, marinated in herbs and cooked with ghee until perfectly done, then paired with roasted veggies & Tessemae’s Avocado Ranch dressing.  Keto-friendly and oh so delicious!

Beef Enchilada Bake

Gluten-free. Your favorite beef enchiladas, deconstructed! Layers of corn tortilla, ground beef, and house-made enchilada sauce, topped with cheddar cheese.

Chicken Tinga with Fire-Roasted Corn

Gluten-free, low carb, high protein. We took our deliciously cheesy fire-roasted corn and paired it with chicken thigh and our house-made tinga sauce for the perfect mix of flavors.

Smoked Salmon Sushi Bowl

Gluten-free, milk-free, sodium conscious. We’ve paired smoked salmon with juicy mango and fresh veggies, plus our house-made tamarind sauce. It’s the perfect mix of fresh, delicious flavors!

 

Menu Updates

We’re also making some exciting updates to existing menu items, which will also be live on April 5th! 

 

Naked Chicken

Now with a whole piece of chicken breast. The same flavor you love, but with an update that will mean your chicken tastes even fresher and juicier.

 

Large Chicken with Sweet Potatoes & Green Beans

Like naked chicken, this dish is getting an upgrade in the form of two whole chicken breasts!

 

Chicken Chile Enchiladas

Our customer-favorite enchiladas are getting an extra enchilada added. Eat it all in one sitting, or save one for later. We’re all for a little more enchilada action in our lives!

 

Turkey Meatloaf 

No major changes here, just more sauce for you to slather all over your meatloaf! And if that’s not your style, it’ll be packaged in a separate container so you can discard if desired. 

 

Hot Chicken with Mac & Cheese

This crowd-pleaser has gotten a glow-up! We’ve swapped the chicken thigh for a whole marinated chicken leg quarter (trust us, it’s a-mazing), and upgraded the hot chicken sauce. You will not want to miss this one!

Old Favorites Leaving the Snap Kitchen Menu

Now, we can’t talk about what’s coming without talking about the dishes that are going away. Again, as our menu is rotational, the last day to order these dishes online will be April 10th. Order them before they’re gone!
