May 14th, we’re bringing you five new menu items you can salivate over (and add to your box)! Take a look below.
Bruschetta Chicken
Gluten-free, keto-friendly. Filled with nutrient-dense, heart-healthy ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, and garlic, this dish will take you on a trip across the Mediterranean. Bruschetta has deep Italian origins, with food historians even tracing back the dish to Ancient Roman times. This heart-healthy dish is rich in monounsaturated fats thanks to olive oil and lycopene (an antioxidant!) from the tomatoes.
Ranch Burger
Gluten-free, keto-friendly. A house-made burger patty paired with crispy, melty parmesan roasted broccoli and Tessemae’s Organic Avocado Ranch dressing. Naturally keto-friendly with only 8g of net carbs and 47g of healthy fat, plus 4g of fiber thanks to a generous side of broccoli.
Za’atar Chicken
Gluten-free, milk-free, Whole30, paleo. Marinated whole chicken breast covered in za’atar seasoning, paired with lemon potatoes and garlic roasted tomatoes. The cherry on top? Our kalamata olive mix!
The word za’atar comes from the name of ancient wild oregano. The seasoning is typically filled with sumac, oregano, and thyme – all rich in powerful antioxidants called flavonoids.
Cajun Salmon
Gluten-free, milk-free, keto-friendly, Whole30, paleo. Our cajun salmon is packed with flavor and rich in omega-3s, paired with collard greens and Pederson Farm’s sugar-free bacon. This dish is what dreams are made of!
Cod Piccata
Keto-friendly, paleo, Whole30. Our crowd-favorite chicken piccata has been reinvented! Meet our cod piccata – it’s high in protein, rich in fiber, and filled with flavor. The bonus? It’s keto-friendly and Whole30 Approved.
Old Favorites Leaving the Snap Kitchen Menu
Now, we can’t talk about what’s coming without talking about the dishes that are going away. The last day to order these dishes online will be May 17th. Order them before they’re gone! But don’t fret! Since our menu rotates with the seasons, you might just see them back on the menu again!
