It’s hard to believe that our meal plans have already been around for a year, but January will make it official! Given this milestone, we want to fill you in on why our meal planning is so awesome and give you the scoop on all of our plans.

Meal planning and prepping is one of those things that sounds awesome in theory, but when push comes to shove, there’s always something you’d rather be doing. Our plans take the work out of your healthy lifestyle. No more brainstorming a cohesive set of weekly meals, battling the Sunday grocery store crowd, spending your weekend in the kitchen, or cleaning up a sink full of dishes afterward. Just ready-portioned meals and components so that you can spend your time doing what you want to do.
Dietitian-curated meal plans
Our dietitian-made meal plans are like having your very own personal nutritionist. Whether you prefer to eat high protein, low carb, keto, paleo, Whole30, or maybe you don’t know where to start, we’ve got you covered. All of our plans are formulated to give you a balance of protein, healthy fats, and high-quality carbohydrates (mostly veggies!) to keep you satisfied until your next meal and avoid the blood sugar roller coaster. Most importantly, our meals are designed to make healthy something you actually like to do. If you want to customize your meal plan and not get recommendations from us, you can do that too. Because it’s not healthy unless you love it.
Consistency & accountability
Healthy eating is not a one meal or one day thing. It’s something you build over the long-term to fit you, your tastes, and your goals. It’s an ongoing journey – not something with a finite starting or stopping point. When you’re on a meal plan, your healthy lifestyle is on autopilot, and we’ll keep you on top of it with regular reminders & email encouragement. That said, we also know that life happens, so you can skip a week or cancel at any time. This whole healthy eating thing won’t work if it doesn’t work for you.
