With direct ship, even if you’re not in the delivery radius of a store, you can still order fresh, never frozen Snap favorites (healthy meal delivery, ya’ll!) right to your door. Today, we’re outlining exactly how to order so that there are no surprises. Let us help you take the guesswork (and the cleanup!) out of healthy eating and get to living your life.
We’re calling the direct ship box our ‘box with benefits’, and you can choose from 6-or-12 meals, either building your own plan or choosing any one of our lifestyles, including keto-friendly, paleo, Whole30 or vegetarian. Use our box with benefits in a way that works for you for your meal subscription service, from replacing meal prepping & planning, providing your lunches for the week, dinner for the family, and more.

How to order
Direct ship allows you to choose a box of 6 or 12 meals that are delivered to your home once a week via FedEx! Your order will be delivered in a box that’s complete with liners and ice packs to keep the food cold throughout its journey. You can choose from any of our 7 different meal plans (low carb, high protein, paleo, whole30, keto-friendly, vegetarian, and balance). We are also offering our ‘build your own’ meal plan, where you can mix & match a set of meals that work for your specific goals and preferences.

I order meals as needed. Presently, I have to meet the courier outside of my apartment complex on the street. My apartment is on the 7th floor. Will meals be delivered directly to my apartment door?
Hi there! As long as the apartment number is on the delivery address they can deliver to your door. Please just specify if there are any instructions needed to get into the building in the delivery notes!
Please please please please PLEASE ship to Salt Lake City. I lived In Dallas for 5 years and was a loyal snap kitchen customer. There is nothing like snap kitchen in Salt Lake City and my fitness goals are really suffering since moving here.

How much is delivery? Want to give this a try but had so many problems with fed ex deliveries on another food service.

Do I have to have a meal plan for items to be shipped. What are shipping costs.
Hi Michelle, at this time we do not have a one-time purchase option for shipping and our shipping fee is $12 per shipment.
How do I have the meals shipped to a different address than my own…the billing address?
