We’re kicking off our month-long Healthy Habits Challenge on January 3, 2022! Establishing mindful habits around the way you eat is a powerful tool to help you build and sustain a healthy lifestyle – so let’s get habitual!

Research shows that habits make up 40 percent of our tasks on a given day. That’s why when it comes to creating & maintaining your New Year’s intentions year-round – sustainable habit change is the key. It’s great to set goals, but habits are how you actually reach those goals.
As you already know, there are many factors that go into health and wellness. For this reason, our healthy habits challenge will have a different topic of focus each week. Here’s the breakdown:
Week 1: Food, nutrition, and why habits are important
Week 2: Movement and habit building hacks
Week 3: Sleep and how to break bad habits
Week 4: Self-care and how to make habits sustainable
