Just choose the one that sounds best right now, heat, and eat. We eliminate one of the most challenging parts of trying to eat more healthfully, which is wondering what you’re even supposed to eat in the first place.
We Deliver Portion-Controlled Meals
Maybe you’ve gotten into a groove of meal prepping or cooking at home, but you find it hard to know how much to eat, or to stop eating once you’re getting full. They are designed to be that perfect amount of satiating, where you’re satisfied but not over-full, and your energy stays balanced between meals. This is not easy to do on your own, and we get that. It’s why our chef and Registered Dietitian (RD) work together to make sure each meal hits this sweet spot. Every regular-sized meal on the Snap menu is under 500 calories, with most between 400-500 calories.
Our Meals Have Balanced Macros
We’ve all cooked at home with the best of intentions, only to end up with salads lacking fat and protein (we call them ‘sad salads’) or pasta dishes a little too heavy on the carbs. The end result is meals that aren’t quite filling in the way that you need them to be, and that don’t necessarily help you reach your goals either. In the ideal world, your meals should have a mix of protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats that keep blood sugar balanced and allow you to feel satisfied between meals (no mindless snacking or crazy cravings here!). And yes, this can include pasta!
With Snap, every meal’s nutrition is reviewed by our RD to ensure they hit the dietaries we are aiming for. Everyone’s needs are different, but no matter the diet you are using to lose weight, whether it’s keto or high protein or activating your GLP-1 (or maybe a mix of all three!), we have meals that meticulously meet those standards.
Our Food is Delicious
Let’s face it. You’re never going to stick with anything if you’re not 1) able to integrate it into your life (see our first point!) and 2) able to enjoy it while you’re doing it. We’ve all started a restrictive diet filled with bland food hoping to see results, and usually we do (at first). But over time, that restriction and simplicity can grate on you, making it harder and harder to stick with until you find yourself back where you started.
Snap’s meals are designed to be delicious. No caveats or exceptions. You might eat one and have to do a double take at the ingredients or nutrition label. “Is this really good for me?” That’s our goal! Your taste buds shouldn’t have to suffer just because you have a health goal you’re working towards. Healthy can be delicious, and in fact it should be!
