Our gut is one of the most important parts of our body. When it feels off, it can ruin our whole day. It’s also sensitive in more ways than one. Anxiety, stress, excitement, anticipation — your gut is a bit of an empath. In fact, 95% of the serotonin your brain uses daily comes from your gut.
That’s why being kind to your gut is essential to leading a well-balanced life. Sometimes referred to as your “second brain”, common benefits of a healthy gut include less bloating and inflammation, improved skin, and overall health, as well as an improved stress level and mood.

- limit refined & added sugars
- drink bone broth and collagen daily
- Remove gluten for at least 2 weeks
