Guys. As Snap Kitchen’s Realist Dietitian, I am just so. freaking. excited to be launching our new meal plan subscription service. I’m all about helping people create healthy lifestyles they love, and our new meal planning subscriptions do just that. Here are just a handful of reasons I think our meal plans rock.

Meal planning and prepping is one of those things that sounds awesome in theory, but when push comes to shove, there’s always something you’d rather be doing. Our subscription meal plan takes out all the grunt work out of your healthy lifestyle. No more brainstorming a cohesive set of weekly meals, battling the Sunday grocery store crowd, spending your weekend in the kitchen, or cleaning up afterward.
While I still haven’t figured out a way to be multiple places at once, our dietitian-made meal plans are like you have your very own personal nutritionist. We don’t believe in a “one size fits all,” prescriptive approach to healthy eating, which is why we offer so many different meal plan styles and sizes. But what we do believe in is the transformative power of real food and the way it makes us feel. Our kitchens are stocked with ingredients that even your great-grandma would recognize. And you’ll never find anything you can’t pronounce (except for maybe quinoa) in our meals. To see for yourself, just read our labels. It won’t take long.
consistency & accountability
Healthy eating is not a one meal or one day thing. It’s something you build over the long-term to fit you, your tastes, and your goals. It’s an ongoing journey – not something with a finite starting or stopping point. When you’re on a meal plan subscription and your dietitian-approved days of food arrive every 3, 5, or 7 days, it’s like your healthy lifestyle is on autopilot. And we’ll keep you on top of it with regular reminders & email encouragement. (That said, we also know that life happens, so know that you can skip a week or cancel at anytime.)
