Roll out your yoga mat and just flow, baby, flow. No structure, no judgement, no seriousness. Stretch and move to the beats of Drake or Bach and recognize how cool (and fun!!!) it is to live in a human body. Play makes the soul happy.
nourish with beauty-full bites
FYI, free radicals are not so rad. These toxic atoms can cause wrinkles, disease and even cancer. Yeah, yeah. We know this one is basic and cliché, but there’s definitely slaying power in intentions. They’re a smart start to the week because they remind you why you do what you do and what you hope to get out of it. Simply put, intentions sprinkle your life with purpose – something we all crave.
