We’re thrilled to release our second ebook –
“Paleo Unveiled: The Balanced Paleo Diet.”
The basic principles of the Paleo Diet support Snap’s belief in helping our customers achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. By encouraging people to simplify their foods to incorporate more plants, minimally processed foods, read food labels, and cook their own meals, we feel like these are all positive changes in making a lifetime of healthy food choices. Eating and living simply is something we would all love to achieve, but it’s the HOW that often gets in our way.
In writing this ebook, we had the opportunity to chat with a few other fantastic dietitians and experts in the Paleo field. They were all generous with Snap Kitchen in sharing their personal stories and their own journeys with the Paleo Diet, and we can’t thank them enough for their insights and expertise.
We hope this ebook serves as a helpful resource to anyone looking for more information on healthy ways to incorporate Paleo practices into their own lives. Make changes, adapt, evolve … just know that there’s no one diet that works for everyone, so find what works for YOU and stick with it.
