What’s the deal with your vegetarian meal plan?

Our vegetarian meal plan is a balanced take on plant-based eating. Where some vegetarian & vegan-centric options end up being carb-heavy, here at Snap we’re shifting that narrative. Think vegetables, legumes, gluten-free grains, and healthy fats. Building a balanced plate never tasted so delicious. No matter what your unique goals are, our mission is always to help you feel awesome while you’re striving for them.

What can I eat?

The good news? There are loads of options! You can mix and match menu items and third-party products to fuel your needs. The meal plan selections are curated by our dietitians to provide balanced, nourishing options, no matter what your goals are. We love putting a healthy twist on classic comfort foods, (like our new Three Sisters Chili!)so you can experience a new take on old favorites (we’re looking at you, pasta). Don’t want breakfast, or want to swap out a meal? It’s easy to do with our new and improved meal plans. You can make your plan work for you.

What should I expect or notice?

Our goal here at Snap Kitchen is to make healthy eating fun, rather than an obligation. We handle everything from quality to nutrition, to building a balanced meal so that you don’t have to. All you have to do is show up and dig in! Balanced meals full of whole vegetables, fruits, beans, and high-quality fats stabilize energy and keep you satiated, meaning no 3 pm crash or hangry feeling.     Id love to see more items in the vegetarian section pls! Big fan of the dishes you have already just don’t want to get bored.
