What to expect on your build-your-own meal plan

Are you someone who likes total and complete freedom when it comes to planning your meals? We were hoping you’d say that! Our Build-Your-Own meal plan is finally live! Same Snap meals you’ve grown to know and love, but the ability to make your plan entirely your own. We’re sharing a bit more here so that you can decide if it’s the right fit for you. 

What is the build-your-own meal plan?

Our build-your-own meal plan offers the ultimate in customization. No matter your calorie needs, your dietary requirements or the amount of meals you want in a given week, you’ll be able to build something that works for you. Think about it like a build-your-own 6-pack at the store (although a bit more nutritious 1f609.png). No need to buy a pre-made meal plan if that’s not what works for you. This is the perfect option if you want the chance to try a variety of menu items from different categories (paleo, Whole30, balance, etc) without any restrictions. No matter what items you choose, you can rest assured that the quality of ingredients will be the same you’ve come to expect from us.

What can I eat?

All of your favorite foods! You can mix and match anything off our curated menu to find a combination tailored to your individual nutrient needs and cravings. Think delicious, healthy takes on your favorite comfort foods: Grass-Fed Beef Lasagna (made with a nutrient-dense almond flour pasta) or Tex Mex classics like Chicken Chile Enchiladas (with a healthier roasted poblano cream sauce!).

What should I expect or notice?

Overall, we’re hoping to offer you flexibility so that you can make your plan work for you. By allowing you the same balanced meals you’ve come to love in whatever combinations you desire, you’ll be able to find your perfect fit. Want three meals a day for the entire week? Or just breakfast for the week? Do you eat 1300 calories a day, or 1900? We’ve got you covered. You’ll be able to see in real time how the different items you’re choosing add up to a full day of calories and macros.
